Challenge

Existing cable routes and terminal positions were fixed, so a normal replacement could have required shutdown-time rewiring and site modification.

Solution

The main and auxiliary terminal boxes were duplicated around the original dimensions, cable-entry locations, and terminal positions.

Outcome

The replacement motor could be commissioned with minimal disruption because the site cable interfaces remained unchanged.
